The workflow
A monthly report with too many manual steps.
If you export sales and cost data, combine files in Excel, fix inconsistent fields, and rebuild a report each month, I can assess that specific workflow. We agree on the source files and measures before I build anything.
The standard build covers one business entity, up to two fixed export formats, and one refreshable workbook with a summary, customer or product detail, and an exception list. Margin reporting requires usable cost data and a definition your finance owner approves.
This offer does not include changing your ERP, creating a new costing method, or making accounting judgments for your team.
Start small
A $500 paid pilot with a real sample output.
We choose one recurring report and one representative month. The pilot is limited enough to complete without access to production systems.
Test the sample files
Using up to two agreed CSV or Excel exports for one month, I map the fields, document issues, and prepare a sample summary and exception view.
Review the result
You receive the sample workbook, a brief note on what can be repeated, and a fixed scope and quote for the full build if the data supports it.
Pilot price: $500, paid before work starts. I target delivery within five business days after receiving the agreed sample files and completing the walkthrough. If you accept a standard full build within 30 days, the $500 applies toward its price. We will confirm fit and a safe way to share files before you send data. Please do not attach sensitive exports to your first email.
If the pilot fits
One report your team can refresh.
The standard build is $2,000 total, including the $500 pilot credit. It includes the agreed workbook, input checks, refresh instructions, a handoff call, and 30 days of correction for defects against the signed scope.
Before work begins, we agree on the source formats, measures, cost basis, reconciliation checks, and the Excel environment in which your team will run it. Changes to source formats, extra entities, and new reports are quoted separately.
Optional ongoing support is $150 per month for up to one hour on the delivered workflow.
About my work
Manufacturing finance experience and working demonstrations.
I have about four years of manufacturing FP&A experience at Valeo, including forecasting, management reporting, and pricing and profitability analysis. I have built reporting workflows using Excel, SAP EPM/BW/HANA, SQL, Python, and Power Query.
